I have a master's in law and have over 20 years of work experience in the corporate world, including 10 years at McKinsey & Company in various people-management roles. At De Brauw, I helped lawyers at all levels to work better together to solve the client's complex problems as effectively as possible.
I became a certified coach and facilitator because I discovered that my talent, and what gives me energy, is to work with people. Empowerment for me means helping people to become aware that they have a choice. This applies to an individual, a team and even an entire organisation.
